-Operations Assistant

Worked under the Operations Manager to assist festival operations teams including the Mobility Team, Security Teams and Traffic Teams. Throughout the build and show days of the show we worked with mobility teams to assist with truck marshaling and vendor load-in days, ensuring that the site was operating safely, site rules were followed and that all vehicles were clear of the festival grounds before doors opening daily. During the show we worked with the Loud Club (bottle service) team, security team and traffic teams to ensure that entrance was operating safely, managing vehicle access control, ensuring only properly credentialed vehicles were entering the area.

Responsibilities include working with the Another Planet Production Team and San Francisco Fire Marshall to ensure the festival is built according to the San Francisco Fire Code and that all vendors are abiding by those rules as well. On-site, our team pre-inspects all tent structures, generators, and food vendor spaces and communicates with the San Francisco Fire Department and all festival departments to quickly resolve problems as they arrive.

Responsibilities include advancing all programming, creative/set-design and decor. On-site responsibilities included leading the build of the Camping Activities Space including, The Dome, Field Of Dreams, Yoga Structure and Activities, Lounge, Salon and Massage tents as well. During the show responsibilities grew to staff management as well with a team of over 15 people and various vendors.

Responsibilities included bringing a small team of 4 and managing the team in setting up event space. During the event our team supervised the check in/ticketing process, assisted with venue upkeep & waste management. Finally, assisted with load out and venue clean-up after the event ended.

Responsibilities included assisting with parking cars in lots, running shuttle system, parking cars on site, and answering operations related questions. Also assisted with security, artist relations and vendors on site.

Responsibilities included working with interior designer, and styling event spaces for both events held at The Masonic Center and at The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA for Superbowl 50 2016.

-Personnel Manager & Camp Manager for Parking and Traffic Team

Responsibilities include working with Symbiosis volunteer coordinator to place staff and volunteers in all parking lots and traffic lanes to ensure safety of all attendees and maintain traffic flow. Also, responsible for all Traffic staff. This means working with the chef, and other camp manager to make sure all staff is fed and hydrated throughout long work days and solving problems in the field as they arise.

Responsible for making sure each stage stays on schedule, ensuring that each stage has correct equipment for each set and that all artists make it to the stage on time.
