It all started when...
BORN AND RAISED ON THE NORTH SHORE OF LAKE TAHOE, RACHEL DAWN JONES SPENT MUCH OF HER TIME AFTER HIGH SCHOOL BOUNCING AROUND CALIFORNIA. TIRED OF MOVING EVERY SIX MONTHS OR SO SHE DECIDED TO SETTLE DOWN IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA AND PURSUE A CAREER IN THE PRODUCTION INDUSTRY. SHE ENTERED THE FASHION PROGRAM AT THE ACADEMY OF ART FOR A SHORT TIME AND THEN DECIDED TO TAKE MORE OF AN APPRENTICE TYPE APPROACH TO LEARNING HER TRADE. BEING ABLE TO EXPLORE THE PRODUCTION WORLD, WORKING IN ANYTHING FROM LIVE MUSIC EVENTS TO MUSIC VIDEOS, COMMERCIALS AND PHOTO SHOOTS HAS GIVEN HER A WIDE ARRAY OF EXPERIENCE IN MANY DIFFERENT POSITIONS.
Rachel is a natural leader and a no-nonsense doer that can step into a complicated situation and impose order and authority. Over the past few years Rachel has specialized in Talent and Venue Management, as well as Client, Sponsor, and Vendor relations. She knows how to get the most out of the personnel she leads. She has a knack for planning and organization and loves the chaos and variety that she encounters while working events. Rachel is universally respected by both volunteers & staff alike, exudes positivity and instills a desire in her team to be the best they can.
